Team effectiveness: Questionnaire pilot study

The purpose of this research is to investigate the potential impact of team work organisation on team effectiveness. You are being invited to participate in this survey study because you are aged 18 and above and you are currently or have been undertaking a task that involves team collaboration. Because this is a pilot survey, your responses to some seemingly repetitive questions will help us select the best-suited ones from an item pool and eventually build a high-quality measurement tool.
